seek with all your heart.
His plans will give me a future and hope. A good future. Spirit beings are constantly watching me.
• Hebrews 12:1

I have a race to run that God has set before me! It is a spiritual race that God has planned for my destiny. We all have a different course. No one can run my race for me. My race to run. We are not running our race unobserved. Great cloud of witnesses- they are cheering me on. My race is being observed by great men and women of faith. I have a spiritual family backing me. Don’t fix your attention on the natural things and your natural circumstances. God doesn’t remember your disobedience-

He focuses on the obedience you give Him and the choices you make for Him. The decisions I make for Christ. As you run
your race, make decisions for Christ. I have to choose! Run with patience. Strip off anything that will hold you back or slow you down. Sin trips you up and slows you down. Anything that distracts me will slow me down and cause me to not run to my full potential. Sin leads to death. It slows you down.

Sin can dull my spiritual senses and cause me to not hear the Lord’s leading. Repent and get rid of those sins. What is distracting me? Wherever your attention is, there your desire will be also. I have to strip off things that slow me down- How? Speak to the things that slow you down; speak the Word of God to it. I am an overcomer! Don’t quit; keep speaking! I will fail if I try to do it out of my own strength. Run to God. 

– 1 John 1:9. Quitting is not an option.
• You overcome by speaking the Word of God!
• Romans 8:13 (AMP) Speak it! The power is in the Word
• Psalm 139:23-24 Search me Holy Spirit and show me where I should go. I have to run MY race. Jesus will guide me to run the race He wants me to run! If I run my race, then I’m serving the body. I can’t bring my gifts if I’m not running my race. Competing and comparing will steal my joy and my strength. I am not here to compete but to complete.
• Galatians 6:4

The grace is there for my race. Lose your life so you can find it, lose those desires of your flesh. Spiritual slothfulness will also slow me down! Small beginnings. Keep at it. Quitting is not an option.

PATIENCE!
Have patience in your race. Without patience, you will be slowed down.
• If you honour God, he will honour you! Don’t put a time limit on God. His timing is perfect. God doesn’t operate in human time. Rest in His promises without
your mind being set on time. Faith is learning to rest on His promises. Don’t try and force
God’s plans come to pass through your own efforts. He will bring it to pass. You will hinder God’s plan if you try and do it by your own efforts and if you put a time limit on God.

You may be anointed, but He will appoint you when it’s His time.

• When, where, who! Outside the timing of God is being outside His will and plans. Take the time. Rather be too slow than too fast. Don’t jump ahead of God. I don’t have to try and figure out His plans for my life. It only takes faith.
→ You have to seek. When and the how.

I am being trained and I’m developing. This is my training ground!

Be faithful in even the small things.
• Don’t despise small beginnings.

DON’T NEGLECT YOUR PREPARATION!?
Preparing for His purposes for my life. Your preparation
is in the messages!
• Ephesians 4:11-12 the 5 fold ministry
Parents is God’s order: parents have to equip their
children.
→ In serving, your preparation is happening. Stick with your divine alignment. Serve the one you are called to. You have to seek with all your heart – yes, your spiritual leader will help you, but you have to press into God.
Establish yourself in God’s Word. Your preparation won’t always be comfortable. You will have to die to self-die to your own desires. Surrender everything to God. You have to loose your life in order to find it. God doesn’t want to take something away from you, He wants to get something to you, or protect you. Have a teachable spirit. What’s your heart condition?
Be faithful in the small things. Don’t neglect the small things.
• 1 Timothy 4:12-14 don’t neglect the gift which
is in you. Devote yourselves to reading in your preparation

My progress should be evident. Show that you grow
→ Be an example to believers:
God will not put me in something that I am not ready for. He does not want to see you fail. To move out of God’s timing is moving out of His will!
→ To move out of God’s timing is moving out of His will. Wait
→ Patience! Don’t step into the next thing prematurely. Wait. Don’t move otherwise.
for the witness in your spirit: don’t move otherwise.
I don’t move till I get the Holy Spirit’s signal!
I don’t move till I get the Holy Spirit’s signal, nothing. I move according to His will. when God is saying nothing, He is really saying a lot.
• Psalms 84:10 (AMPC) I’d rather be a door holder of the Lord’s house!

Trust God. Don’t try and make things through your own power. If you are not obedient, then you will miss out on what God has for you.

There is a time and a season for all things. learn to rest in His promises. let God accomplish His will.

Be urged on by faith. Don’t trouble your mind on where you are to go. Rest in Him. In your preparation there is levels of obedience!

• Maintaining a spirit filled life.

Ephesians 5:18 be filled with the spirit!
• Romans 12:11 fervent in spirit

Fervent= hot or boiling – burning

Being a doer of the Word is following the will of God. Be filled with the spirit – thats His will. You have to do the written Word so you can do the interpreted Word. Living on past experiences is living on stalemate. You have to constantly feed your spirit. Your spirit has to be alive – it has to constantly feed your spirit. Your spirit has to glow. Maintain your spiritual glow. Be alive. Feed your spirit with the Word so that you can maintain your spiritual glow! Be on fire for God. Speak psalms, hymns and spiritual songs.
• 1 Thessalonians 5:19 do not quench the Holy Spirit!

Don’t do the Word if it’s just a ticking the box – you have to be maintaining your spiritual glow.
→ God wants me to be full.
→ It makes it easier to follow Him.

Personalise the psalms.
• Psalm 16

• Open your mouth and speak! The Holy Spirit will meet you where you are at! Just start somewhere. You have to speak!
The glow is recognisable. Being filled with spirit is recognisable.
• Acts 6:3 (KJV)
Men full of the spirit; fervent and burning with the spirit. Wisdom. Ask God for wisdom in faith.
→ It’s key in following God’s plan for your life.
James 1:5 ask for wisdom! He will give it to you.
ASK FOR WISDOM!
Certain characteristics accompany being filled with the spirit. You cannot be filled with the spirit without speaking.

Following God’s Plan
Luke:
I trust You Lord.
• You have to have a strong prayer life.

Prayer: talking to the Father, communicating to Him, drawing close (James 4:8).
• Rather be too slow than too fast – you need God’s clear direction in your spirit before you act; you get it through prayer. He will reveal if you seek and inquire from Him!
• Take enough time to pray!
Being in the Word sharpens you spiritually. God will never lead you out of His Word. When you’re in the Word, you will be awake spiritually. It takes practice.
• The will of God for you is in His Word! Be in the Word – you will be spiritually awake and alert.
Praying in the Holy Ghost is an asset to our lives. Don’t neglect it. Praying in the spirit builds you up! Strengthens you.

It takes practice! Don’t despise small beginnings. It keeps my mind and my soul quiet!
Praying in the spirit calms your body and keeps your mind quiet so you can hear what your spirit is saying. Press in!
• Listen to the sounds coming out of your mouth. Your mind is where the battle ground is.
• Do it with the help of the Holy Spirit; your capacity will grow.
• What you give your attention to, your desire will follow.
• Diligently give yourself to prayer.
I am here to press in. It’s my priority! Be sensitive to the Holy Spirit – it comes through diligently praying.
Have the check in your spirit before you move! Pray, quiet your mind and wait for the check – the knowing! Don’t move without the check – your life depends on it.
Get rid of all hinderances! Strip yourself of it. unforgiveness will hinder you. Am I carrying unforgiveness? when you pray, forgive.
God will communicate to your spirit. Your prayer life will be strong if you get rid of all hinderances.
Pray according to His Word! Know what His Word says. Stand on scripture when you pray.

If you don’t rid your heart of all unforgiveness, you block God from speaking to you.

* Colossians 3:1-5 (NLT) I put to death all earthly immoralities lurking within me.
* 1 Corinthians 14:2, 14, 18 (NLT)
* Pray out the mysteries for your life. I pray to God and not to men.
Hook up with the Holy Spirit. Praying in the spirit is speaking Mysteries to God.
* Bad things happening to us is a result of us failing to pray out our future in the past. Not diligently giving myself to prayer → God’s plans and purposes.
What will happen to me in the future will be a result of my current prayer life.
When I pray out God’s plans for my life, I’m building the tracks for my future.
* Present prayer life = future life
Keep abiding in Him. Abide in the Word. Feed your spirit.
Ministering to the Lord is giving thanks. Quiet your mind. It takes practice.
